On 15th Oct 2015, a guest lecture was organized by the Sinhgad Institute of Management (SIOM) for MBA Finance students. The lecture was guided by Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Faculty Member, School for Regulatory Studies and Supervision.
The lecture was conducted on the topic ‘Overview of Securities Market and Career in Securities Market’. He briefed the students about the concepts related to Capital Markets and significance of Capital Market in India. It was an enlightening session as he shared real life experiences and told the students about the role of securities market and need for regulator. He focused on various aspects related to Placement Interviews viz. Hard skills and soft skills. It was a learning and interactive session for the students where he answered all the queries put up by the students to their full satisfaction.
