The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

NISM had organized a program on “Stock Broker Operations” on November 7-8, 2014 for employees of Angel Broking Private Limited. The program covered the topics on KYC and Client On-boarding, Trading, Clearing, Funds and Securities Settlement, Dispute resolution and also Compliances and Reporting.

The objective of this program was to enhance the knowledge levels and skills of professionals who handle KYC and other Client On-boarding documentations; and are engaged in activities related to Trading, Clearing, Funds and Securities Settlement, Dispute resolution; and those related to Compliances and Reporting

The program was well received by the participants working in the various operational areas from Angel Broking Private Limited.
