The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

PGP (PM/IA/RA) 2024-25 Campus Immersion was successfully held over three days, from August 7 to 9, 2025 at the NISM Campus,Patalganga with provisions for online participation. Out of a total of 88 participants, 45 attended in-person while the remaining joined online, ensuring seamless engagement across both modes. The programme was designed to provide an immersive learning experience, preparing them for the upcoming dissertation term.

The immersion included interactive sessions with Dr. Rachana Baid, Dean – Academics, NISM along with in-house and visiting faculty members, focusing on Research Methodologies & Best Practices as well as hands-on training in Power BI. These sessions were designed to foster active participation through group discussions, and practical exercises, enabling participants to enhance their analytical and research skills effectively.

The NISM and visiting faculty members who participated in-person included Mr. Sanjay Parikh, Dr. Dhiraj Jain, Dr. Kirti Arekar, Mr. Vijay Kanchan, Mr. Amit Trivedi, Dr. Amol Agrawal, Mr. Madhav Mehta, Mr. Praveer Mishra, and Mr. Archit Lohia. They played an integral role in facilitating discussions, mentoring participants, and providing guidance on practical applications of research and analytics. Their engagement added significant value to the learning experience.
